The following tables provide a listing of those subdivisions by Community that are within this ward that have either recently been assumed or which have not yet been assumed. 

If the table indicates that the status is

  • "Assumed" there is a link to staff report and assumption by-law for that plan.
  • "Assumption Requested" or "Eligible" that means that the assumption process has commenced and assumption should be completed within the next twelve (12) months.
  • "Pending' means top couirse asphalt has not been installed and the assumption is at least one (1) year away. 
  • "U/C" means that the subdivision is under construction and assumnption will be a number of years away.
