Outdoor ice rinks
Neighbourhood and community outdoor ice rinks are weather sensitive. Rinks are always "use at your own risk." Bronte Marsh ia signed as "safe" or "unsafe." If there is a prolonged cold spell, the Town will mobilize to flood and provide daily updates to Parks and Open Space and Recreation and Culture staff about rink conditions and safe/unsafe conditions of the marsh.

Neighbourhood rinks (usually on a parking lot or ball diamond infield area)
The following rinks are maintained by the Town:

  • Langtry Park: Heritage Way/Brays Line
  • Nottinghill Park: Nottinghill Gate/Pilgrims Way
  • Sixteen Hollow Park: West Oak Trails Blvd./Westview Terrace
  • Falgarwood Park: Grosvenor Street/Gainsborough Drive
  • Clearview Park: Sir David Drive/Wynten Way Drive

Community rink (marsh)
Rink is operational weather permitting and depending on ice thickness and quality of ice on the marsh. Is is signed as "safe" or "unsafe."

  • Bronte Marsh: Lakeshore Road/Triller Place

If a neighbourhood wants to establish a rink other than those listed above, it is the residents' responsibility to maintain the rink. Download the community ice rink request form (pdf, 15 kB).
