Kerr Village Community Improvement Plan
What is the Community Improvement Plan?
Community improvement plans allow the town to address areas throughout Oakville, such as downtown main streets, which could be improved by maintenance, rehabilitation, development or redevelopment. A community improvement plan can be developed for designated areas and put in place incentive programs to assist with improvements.
The Livable Oakville Plan enables the creation of community improvement plans, in accordance with the Planning Act, and sets criteria for the designation of community improvement project areas.
Council approved a Community Improvement Plan for Kerr Village through staff report PD-013-14.
