For more animal control regulations see the town's animal control by-law.

Dog licensing

All dogs in the Town of Oakville must be licensed.

The Oakville and Milton Humane Society acts as a licensing agent on behalf of the town. Failure to purchase and annually renew your licence could result in a fine.

Dog licences can be purchased online, or you can download the dog license form and send it in by mail or fax. Visit the Oakville and Milton Humane Society website for more information.
