We created Spotlight Academy - the Town's Employee Recognition Program - as a way for all of us to celebrate and recognize staff for their dedication and outstanding contributions to the success of the Town's overall mission, vision and values.
Spotlight Academy has formal corporate initiatives, including Standing Ovation - CAO's Awards of Excellence, Encore - Service Awards, and the Take a Bow Staff Appreciation Event. Round of Applause is the program's informal component which includes five, 10 and 15-year service milestone celebrations, and various departmental recognition initiatives.
