  • As a resident, use Explore Oakville to view information about local parks, shopping centres or heritage properties. The transit tab will give you an accurate look at what bus routes service your area and where to find the nearest bus stop.
  • As a business operator, get a better understanding about the customers you are trying to attract and market yourself to them accordingly.
  • As a visitor, Explore Oakville's Town tab offers you an easy-to-use 3-D view of points of interest around the town. This view includes the location of local restaurants, sports facilities, accommodations, parking, etc.

Use the "search" tools in Explore Oakville to look for 50,000 locations. Information is available for most map features by simply clicking on the feature with the "identify" tool. In some instances, even detailed reports and pictures are only a click away.
