Student Holiday Card Contest

Enter your original artwork for a chance to be featured on the Town of Oakville – Office of the Mayor, Holiday Card 2016. Two winning submissions will be chosen – one from the Grade 1- 5 level and one from the Grade 6 – 8 level.

Artwork should be suitable for use on a holiday card and should depict a holiday scene in the Town of Oakville. Each entry must be accompanied by an entry form completed and signed by a parent/guardian of the artist. Remember to include contact information including the name and age of the artist. Entry forms are also available at the ServiceOakville counter just inside the main entrance at Town Hall.

Original entries must be submitted in the form of a drawing, sketch or painting and meet the following requirements:

Minimum size of original artwork – 4” x 6”. Maximum size of original artwork – 8.5” x 11”.

Acceptable materials include paper or canvas. DO NOT FOLD.

Finished artwork, accompanied with a signed entry form, may be submitted in person at ServiceOakville or by regular mail to Lisa Wedmann, in the Mayor’s Office, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3. Mailed entries must be received prior to the submission deadline.
