What is Oakville Conserves?Oakville Conserves is an energy conservation awareness program initiated by the Town. Oakville Conserves is designed to build community capacity and enhance the knowledge of Oakville residents and small business owners on ways in which they can become more energy efficient. Included below are current initiatives of the program and ways Oakville residents can get involved.
Lighten-Up!

Watt Not, Waste Not
Launched in 2007 and continuing in 2008, the Town's Environmental Policy Department and Oakville Public Library have partnered together to create a program which allows residents to borrow energy meters to test their household appliances for energy usage.
