2010 Spring / Summer Parks, Recreation and Culture guide

2010 spring / summer programsThe town's 2010 Summer / Summer Recreation and Culture guide is now available. It offers detailed information on the wide variety of recreational and cultural programs offered by the town this season. If you did not receive a guide you can pick one up at any town recreation facility.

In an effort to reduce the impact on the environment, the town is looking at ways to reduce the number of Parks, Recreation and Culture brochures printed annually. Please take a moment to complete the Parks, Recreation and Culture brochure survey. Include your name to be entered into a draw to win a $100 recreation program credit. Thank you for your feedback.

Registration opens:
  • Residents - Saturday, February 20 at 9 a.m.
  • Seniors - Tuesday, March 2 at 9 a.m.
  • Non-residents - Friday, March 5 at 9 a.m.

Correction notices: 

  • Summer camps, page 9
    The July 5-9 Make Your Move Activity Challenge starts on July 5 not August 3 as listed in the printed guide.
  • Aquatics, Learn to Swim Outdoor Pools, pages 77-78
    The programs charts for Brookdale, Falgarwood and Wedgewood have been updated.
  • Summer camps, page 11
    The age range for the Teen Adventure Program is 14-20, not 10-14 as listed in the printed guide.
