DUE TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY attendance at Town Hall is restricted and public meetings are being held by videoconference only. The purpose and effect of the application is to remove the “H36” holding symbol from the subject lands.

The subject lands are located north of Dundas Street, just east of the Neyagawa Boulevard and Dundas Street West intersection.

The removal of the “H” Holding Provision is a mechanism to ensure that the above condition is fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved Zoning, and as such, there are no third party rights of appeal on the removal of the Holding provision.
