Participate in the Town of Oakville Community Satisfaction Survey starting February 13

Residents may receive survey call from Forum Research starting February 16

The Town of Oakville is excited to launch the Community Satisfaction Survey. The town has partnered with Forum Research Inc. to conduct an online survey and telephone survey to gather community feedback about town programs and services.

The online survey is available now until March 8, 2024 for residents to share their candid feedback about town services and whether they meet the community’s expectations. 

Telephone survey begins this February 16

Residents who are 18 years or older may be contacted by a Forum Research telephone interviewer on behalf of the town starting February 16 and over the next few weeks. The telephone survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and will be strictly confidential, anonymous, and voluntary.

Participants will be asked to share their opinion and the interviewer will ask questions related to livability, the effectiveness of the town’s communications, service usage and priority areas where the town can strengthen its programs and services. 

Results of the survey will be shared on oakville.ca in the spring.

Background

  • Every two years, the Town of Oakville conducts a Community Satisfaction Survey to gather information on residents’ overall satisfaction with town programs and services, identify emerging issues important to the community and to help guide strategic priorities and ensure continuous improvement in the town’s service delivery. 
  • The survey was formerly known as the Citizen Survey and was last conducted in 2022.
