Revised Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendments were provided to the Town of Oakville on January 18, 2017 after the filing of the appeal. The application is now to allow a 20 storey apartment building containing 142 dwelling units with retail and service commercial uses at grade.

The site is currently zoned Main Street 1 with a holding provision (H1 MU1). The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject lands to Urban Core with a holding provision (H1 MU-4), with site specific regulations to permit the proposed development.
