In an effort to reduce paper, storage space and improve internal circulation procedures, we will now require a digital copy of all drawings submitted with an application. Drawings must be submitted digitally on a CD in a PDF format, in addition to 14 hard copies.
You must provide each of the following as separate files on your CD:
File names must be in the following format: drawing name_drawing number.pdf
For example: site plan_A01.pdf, basement floor plan_A02.pdf, first floor plan_A03, north elevation_A07.pdf, south elevation_A08, letter in support.pdf, etc.
