Description: Proposal to rezone portions of draft approved plan 24T-12009 to include site specific provisions (blocks 26, 32, 47-51) that would permit a one storey addition to project into the rear yard with a minimum setback of 3m for a maximum of 45% of the dwelling width measured at the rear of the main building. Also, notwithstanding section 7.5.8.1, the maximum lot depth requirements for a single detached dwelling on the lots in Block 32 shall not apply.
