Zoning By-Law Amendment and Official Plan Amendment
1020, 1024, 1028, 1032 and 1042 Sixth Line
To allow the building of 75 townhouse units and six back to back townhouse units on a 14705m2 (1.47hs) parcel of land. Two existing single family homes to be retained. Proposed density is 55 unit per hectare.
