Zoning By-Law Amendment
1005 Dundas Street West and 3033 Eighth Line
Proposal to allow for the construction of 255 apartment dwellings units in a eight storey mid-rise building and 20 three storey townhouse units. A single level below grade parking garage is proposed with 342 spaces. 20 surface parking spaces will also be provided.
