Effective January 14, Oakville is under a stay-at-home order as part of the second provincial emergency due to COVID-19. To rezone the subject lands to permit a retail auto dealership. Although the curent zoning (E3) does permit such a land use, the special provision (SP3) does not. It is the intent that the existing building facilitate a number of permitted uses (motor vehicle washing facility/storage facility/repair and business office) in conjunction with the proposed dealership.
