Effective January 14, Oakville is under a stay-at-home order as part of the second provincial emergency due to COVID-19. To rezone the lands from ED (Existing Development) to RM1 (Residential Medium Density 1) to permit the demolition of existing single family dwelling and construction of four, three storey, freehold townhomes fronting onto Nelson Street. The purpose of the Draft Plan of Subdivision is to create a single block, to allow for the future division of the block into individual freehold units through the Part Lot Control process.
