Description

Proposed Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to permit the construction of 360 apartment units and 141 street townhouses.  The proposal also includes a stormwater pond, public roads, a Natural Heritage System block, a Neighbourhood Centre block for the apartment uses and residential reserves for future housing with the southerly subdivision
