Description

The proposed development will consist of 292 single detached dwellings, 214 street townhouse dwellings, 75 lane based townhouse dwellings, 20 live/rent lane based townhouse dwellings, two future mixed use apartment blocks, one future development block, one neighbourhood park, one elementary school block, one stormwater management pond and inlet and NHS blocks.
