Description
Proposed three 15-storey mixed-use residential buildings, across two podiums. Building 1 and 2 share a 6-storey podium with residential units and amenity space on the ground floor. Building 3 is a standalone building on a 7-storey podium with residential units and non-residential use on the ground floor.
- Building 1 will have a gross floor area of approximately 19,276.57 square metres and 251 residential units
- Building 2 will have a gross floor area of 14,193.67 square metres and 191 residential units
- Building 3 will have a residential gross floor area of 20,474.91 square metres, 255 residential units, and non-residential gross floor area of 447.71 square metres
In total, the proposed development will proposes 697 residential units across 53,945.16 square metres and 447.71 square metres for non-residential uses.
