This information will be shared with instruction staff only. Participants requiring enhanced support services may be required to participate in an intake interview.
Even though programs and services are integrated, some individuals may require enhanced support to participate. To discuss enhanced support, please call 905-815-2000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Support personnel are welcome to attend all programs. Staff may request additional personal information from the support worker for emergency purposes.
At this time, we are unable to offer support workers. However, participants requiring extra support may attend the program with their own support person provided by the family. The support person must be in regular contact with the child.
If a support person will be attending CampOAK with your child, please contact Colleen Beswick, Program Supervisor, at email@example.com.
Additional offerings may be considered as provincial guidelines are lifted, and health restrictions can be achieved for both staff and campers.
Check out our Summer Programs FAQ for details.
The admission fee will be waived for a designated support personnel attending drop-in programs to support persons with additional needs. Admission standards and age guidelines apply, depending on the program.
Please note: Support workers will be required to complete COVID screening upon arrival at the facility but Express Pass holders do not need to register the support worker attending public swims or skates with them.
