The Town of Oakville is excited to reopen our doors as soon as we can safely do so. All public health guidelines remain in effect.
Based on advice from Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health and public health officials, the Ministry of Education has rescheduled this year's spring school break to occur from April 12 to 16, instead of mid-March.
In response, the Town of Oakville will be cancelling March Break camps with plans to reintroduce camps to coincide with the new Spring Break at a later date.
All families who have paid March Break camp fees will receive a full refund automatically issued by our team. You do not need to do anything for this to take place. If your credit card number has changed or expired, please call 905-815-2000 and a member of our Support Services team will assist.
We ask you to please be patient as refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution or credit card provider.
Spring Break program details will be posted on Programs Oakville, our online registration system.
The Recreation and Culture department strives to offer programs during the spring school break to suit any taste: arts, adventure, athletics and more!
If your child requires one-on-one support for one of our programs, please contact Colleen Beswick at 905-845-6601, ext. 3624 to determine what support is available.
Families are welcome to provide their own support worker if our one-on-one support program is full. Participants must be within the age range of the program.
Drop-ins are not allowed at this time and payment must be made at time of booking. Check out our Programs FAQs for more information.
Please check your confirmation details carefully, including the location you have selected.
