Sixteen Mile Sports Complex is the Town of Oakville’s new state-of-the-art quad pad arena. This fully-accessible facility features one Olympic-sized ice pad with seating for 1,500 spectators, three NHL-sized ice pads, 20 change rooms, two community rooms, and two shooter pads. The facility also has a pro shop on site, Corbett's Source for Sports, located on the lower level across from Rink 2.
Oakville’s arenas boast a variety of on-ice activities including pre-registered classes and camps, drop-in programs, recreational skating, Oakville Hockey Development programs, the Oakville Recreational Hockey League, and rental opportunities. The Oakville Blades and Skate Oakville (formerly the Oakville Skating Club) proudly call Sixteen Mile Sports Complex home. Their offices are conveniently located within the facility. Puckz Pub operates a full-service restaurant overlooking two of the ice surfaces and Puckz on the Fly, the snack bar on the upper concourse.

New to skating, or just getting back into it, and you don't have skates and/or a helmet to participate? Skates and helmet rentals are available at Joshua's Creek Arenas, River Oaks Community Centre, Maple Grove Arena, and Sixteen Mile Sports Complex during all recreational skates.

Need a little extra time on the ice to practise your shots or saves? Rent one of our shooter pads for exclusive use of the ice or pay-as-you go and try a drop-in Shooter Pad program offered at select arenas.
Our Full Fitness membership includes access to all recreational swims, skates, drop-in sports, and more. Three-month and annual Swim/Skate passes are also available for adults, youth, seniors, and families.
