While the town remains in Stage 3, some town recreation programs are temporarily paused in response to an increase of COVID-19 cases in Halton. Provincial orders remain in effect and we must all follow public health guidelines.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Oakville is gradually reopening facilities and introducing modified programs.

In response to an increase of COVID-19 cases in Halton, the Region’s Chief Medical Officer of Health has updated public health guidelines for fitness classes and team game play. This update recommends a temporary pause to all indoor group exercise programs as well as all indoor team game play.
In our ongoing efforts to protect the health and safety of residents and staff, the Town of Oakville is now cancelling all town-run drop-in and pre-registered group fitness classes and sports programs. A full list of cancelled programs can be found on the Programs FAQs page.
Individual workout sessions and our indoor walking tracks at Oakville Trafalgar and Trafalgar Park Community Centres are still avaiable. As are low-impact programs such as badminton and table tennis.
Check availability and pre-book your drop-ins using Active Oakville. Payments will not be taken on site and pre-registration is required to participate.

We are offering shortened sessions of some of our programs and workshops. The town has introduced Programs Oakville, a new web application that offers a more convenient and user-friendly program search tool for registration.
An active Senior Services membership is not required to register for September and October programs.
The Trafalgar Park Older Adults Centre is located in Kerr Village at Trafalgar Park Community Centre and a short stroll from Downtown Oakville.
