The Trafalgar Park Older Adults Centre is located in Kerr Village at Trafalgar Park Community Centre and a short stroll from Downtown Oakville.
Our mission is to provide a welcoming, accessible and supportive environment for Oakville seniors that embodies social, recreational, health and wellness activities. Offering something for everyone, expect this wonderful centre to become your home away from home!
Programs and activities at Trafalgar Park cater to all levels of interest and abilities. What follows is just a sample of all the centre has to offer!
Openings are currently available in the Friendship Luncheon Program run by the Seniors Centre in Oakville for isolated seniors ages 80+.
Participants are picked up at their homes once a week by volunteer drivers and brought to the centre closest to their home for lunch, an exercise program, games and social time. All participants pay a nominal fee, must be able to tolerate a regular diet and walk independently (with the use of a cane or walker).
