Town Council approves all rental fees annually based on current market trends, base rates and fees, and current budget requirements.

The following rates are in effect for the 2019 season.

Per Location:

  • Special event fee (community), per zone, per day - $155.26
  • Special event fee (corporate), per zone, per day - $345.27
  • Special event fee (non-resident), per zone, per day - $444.19

Full Park Fee - Exclusive to Bronte Heritage Park and Lion's Valley Park:

  • Special event fee (community), per day - $479.75
  • Special event fee (corporate), per day - $1035.81
  • Special event fee (non-resident), per day - $1332.58

Wedding Rentals Only:

  • Gazebo rental fee (resident), per 2 hours - $103.70
  • Gazebo rental fee (non-resident), per 2 hours - $217.84

All rates include applicable taxes. All rates are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for all extra services and amenities requested and provided. Staffing charges will be added to permit where applicable.
