Employee and Labour Relations

The town encourages the development of proactive relationships between management and its employees, including collective bargaining unit members and non-union staff.

Employee and labour relations monitors the ongoing dealings between management and workers about employment conditions, obligations on both parties and the management of the long-term relationship.

If you are a bargaining unit member, you can learn about your terms and conditions of employment, by reviewing your group’s collective agreement. If you would like to go to a specific article within the agreement, use the "find" at the top of the document and type in the article number or subject matter of interest.
