Organization Development (OD) serves as a strategic partner with department clients to help them create and realize their strategic plans, achieve greater levels of productivity, develop effective support systems, and increase the level of performance among their staff to achieve continued positive change in the workplace.
This includes, but is not limited to: team effectiveness; performance management; change management; coaching, and facilitated discussions amongst individuals or teams.
