The town provides online access to property surveys that have been filed with the town through a building permit, pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
The town has a number of property surveys, however, not all properties within the Town of Oakville will have a survey on file. For a current up-to-date and legal survey, it is recommended that you contact an Ontario Land Surveyor.
To request a copy of a property survey on file with the Town of Oakville, please use our online Property Survey request form. You will need an online account to order a survey.
Each survey request costs $25 and refunds will not be provided.

Each property survey will be available within your account for up to 90 days after purchase. A receipt of transaction will be emailed to you separately within 30 minutes.
