Description: Proposed rezoning and draft plan of subdivision comprised of four (4) lots for detached dwellings. Three (3) lots will front onto Burloak Drive and one (1) lot will front onto Wilmot Crescent. A slightly reduced frontage (13.2m) for the lots fronting Burloak Drive is also proposed.
