The Town of Oakville will provide a respectful, productive and harassment-free relationship and workplace between Members of Council and the officers and employees of the corporation.
The purpose of this policy and associated procedure is to provide guidance on how the Town of Oakville ensures a respectful, productive and harassment-free workplace and relationship between Members of Council and the officers and employees of the corporation.
This policy applies to the Mayor and Members of Council and all staff of the Town of Oakville.
