Purpose

The purpose of this policy and associated procedure is to provide guidance on how the Town of Oakville ensures a respectful, productive and harassment-free workplace and relationship between Members of Council and the officers and employees of the corporation.

Scope

This policy applies to the Mayor and Members of Council and all staff of the Town of Oakville.
