As the province begins to gradually ease restrictions on January 31, 2022, the Town of Oakville is ready to welcome residents back to our facilities with health and safety measures in place.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all employees are treated with respect and dignity and to provide a procedure to address concerns and issues.
This policy applies to all town employees (including but not limited to full-time, part-time, students, volunteers, temporary and interns), elected officials, any individual representing or acting on behalf of the town in any manner (i.e. contractors, consultants) and every person accessing town property, services, events and programs.
