As the province plans for recovery, the town is beginning to slowly bring back services and reopen some public spaces. Provincial emergency orders and the town’s physical distancing by-law remain in effect. We must all continue to follow guidelines from Public Health officials.

The Town of Oakville invites you to go back in time as the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors hosts its popular annual car show on Thursday, July 3, 2014, featuring classics from past decades.
“We encourage anyone wanting to showcase their vintage or classic car to register,” said Nancy Beddoe, manager of adult and seniors services for the Town of Oakville. “It’s a popular event not only for car enthusiasts, but for anyone looking for a free and fun evening out.”
A barbecue vendor will be on site with hot and cool refreshments for purchase. Bring a lawn chair, your friends and family, and plan to stay awhile!
The Classic Car Show will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors parking lot. Rain date is Thursday, July 10, 2014, from 6 to 9 p.m.

The deadline for registration is Monday, June 30, 2014. Registration is free.
