Supporting innovation in our community is crucial in creating a sustainable and competitive environment for businesses. With world class talent right here in our community, it only makes sense to launch the Oakville Innovation Awards to recognize those who achieve excellence in the fields of technology and engineering.
“Innovation is key to fostering a thriving business and research community,” said Mayor Rob Burton. “These awards will showcase the engineering and technology sectors’ made-in-Oakville solutions that contribute to our vision of creating the most livable town in Canada.”
Nominations will be accepted from now until July 31, 2014. This is your chance to showcase your innovation to companies, investors and peers. For further details, including eligibility and how to submit, visit the Oakville Innovation Awards page. Questions can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
