The Premier of Ontario has declared a province-wide state of emergency and issued a stay-at-home order in response to rising COVID-19 variant infection rates.

Oakville residents are invited to meet three-time Canadian Olympic Women’s Hockey gold medalist Becky Kellar-Duke as part of the RBC sponsored P.A Day community skates on June 6, 2014. RBC Olympian Kellar-Duke will be at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to sign autographs and meet with fans.
The free all-ages community skates will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:15 to 5 p.m. at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex located at 3070 Neyagawa Boulevard. Helmets are strongly recommended and capacity restrictions apply to all skates.
Kellar-Duke is a graduate of Brown University (Arts Bachelor) and Wilfrid Laurier University (MBA). She was inducted into the Brown Sports Hall of Fame in 2005 and was named to Wilfrid Laurier’s 100 Alumni of Achievement. She is married with two sons. Kellar-Duke’s favourite Olympic moment was standing on the ice with her teammates and her sons to receive the gold medal at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
