Farmers’ market moves to new George Street location

Downtown Oakville will come alive with cultural events and activities for a second summer in a row thanks to Oakville’s Summer Cultural Connection running every Saturday from June 4 to October 29, 2016.

The Summer Cultural Connection will feature a farmers’ market between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on George Street, between Church Street and Lakeshore. This great new location is central to the heart of downtown Oakville and surrounded by convenient parking.

There will also be weekly art, cultural and recreational activities on George Street and in Towne Square. Drop by downtown Oakville, bring the kids, and experience the various activities, outdoor games, yoga sessions, and information booths that will be on hand each week.
