What is a sound log?

Sometimes it is difficult for an enforcement officer to be at a property when a violation is happening. If the noise you are concerned about occurs regularly, consider keeping a sound log. The log should include information such as time, date, duration and description of the nuisance noise. Keeping track of this information can help Enforcement Services perform a thorough investigation related to your concerns.
