OPA 4: inZone Conformity and Housekeeping

Council passed By-law 2014-013 (pdf), a by-law to adopt Official Plan Amendment Number 4 to the Livable Oakville Plan, on February 25, 2014. The primary purpose of OPA 4 is to incorporate into the plan certain modifications to the text and schedules necessary to support the approval of the town’s new Zoning By-law 2014-014. OPA 4 and Zoning By-law 2014-014 were appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB).

On February 23, 2015, the OMB ordered that certain parts of OPA 4 are not under appeal, and that those parts came into effect on March 26, 2014. The office consolidation of Livable Oakville has been updated to reflect that order.
