Lakeshore Road bike lane and multi-use path booked for marathon on March 3, 2019

On Sunday, March 3, 2019, the Burlington Chilly Half Marathon event will take place in the on-street bike lane and multi-use pathway along Lakeshore Road between Burloak Drive and Shell Park, and the roadway inside of Shell Park.

• Lakeshore Road will remain open
• Oakville Transit routes will operate as normal
• Vehicle access to Shell Park off of Lakeshore Road will be closed between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m.
• The Shell Park dog park will remain open for pedestrian access
• Pedestrians wishing to access the Shell Park dog park may enter the park on the pedestrian path from Great Lakes Boulevard
