Due to unfavourable weather conditions at the airport, the second aerial spray for gypsy moth scheduled for June 6, 2021, has been cancelled and tentatively rescheduled for Monday, June 7, 2021.
Fog at the Flamborough area airport prevented the helicopter that conducts the spray from taking off.
The first spray was successfully completed on May 27, 2021.
Updates on the final date for the second spray will be provided on the town’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
