Online system maintenance on August 14, 2022

On August 14, 2022, we will be performing scheduled maintenance to apply some enhancements to our online systems. As a result, some online services will be unavailable for a short period.

The following online services will be unavailable from 7 to 11 p.m.:

  • Building permits, inspection requests, development engineering request and zoning occupancy certificates
  • Business licensing and marriage licensing
  • Municipal agreement compliance requests
  • Tax certificates and surveys requests
  • Online forms for Facility Booking, Customer Service Feedback, Garden Plot Waitlist, Event Application and Film Request
