The Neyagawa Urban Core is a strategic growth area in North Oakville that is being planned as part of the town's Official Plan Review. The town is hosting a Public Information Meeting to seek input to the study.
The Neyagawa Urban Core Review will result in a town-initiated Offical Plan Amendment that will guide future changes in the area. This will help create a climate responsive, transit-supportive, mixed-use community with a range of jobs and housing choices.
A Background and Premliminary Directions Resport was presented to Town Council in October 2021 to introduce the study and provide background and initial analysis from town planning staff.
Please join us for a virtual Public Information Meeting to hear more about the panning for this strategic growth area, ask questions and provide input.
