Browser compatibility issues impacting PDF forms, effective May 30, 2022

The town is currently experiencing a technical issue with some of the online PDF forms on our website, specifically with the “Submit” button in some forms. We are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, if you are not able to submit online forms try the following steps, or contact ServiceOakville for support:
- Open the PDF as usual in the web browser (using the link found on our website) and fill in the form.
- Select Save As and save the document to the desktop.
- Create new email and attach the document you just saved to the desktop.
- Send the email to the email address provided at the bottom of the PDF document. If no email address is mentioned on the form, send it to service@oakville.ca.
