An application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law has been submitted to permit the development of the site for 4 street townhouse units with access through the condominium located at 205 Lakeshore Road West. The official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment is proposed to address phasing of construction, density, setbacks, and lot frontage.
The subject land is located on Maurice Drive, east of Dorval Drive, south of Rebecca Street and north of Lakeshore Road.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
