You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.

The purpose of this application is to rezone the subject site and a portion of the Khalsa Gate right of way from ‘C6(a) and R8(c) Special Provision 753” to “R9” with a Special Provisions within By-law 1984-63 and “MU3” to “MU3” with Special Provisions in By-law 2014-014 to permit the development of a 123 stacked townhouses and 248 apartment units in a 10 storey building.

The subject land is located on the west side of Bronte Road, south of Pine Glen Road.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
