The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Pendent Developments Ltd. & Lower Fourth Development Ltd. for a proposed zoning by-law amendment and plan of subdivision. You are invited to attend and provide input at these meetings hosted by the Planning Services department and Planning and Development Council, respectively.
A zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision has been submitted which proposed to re-zone the property to allow for a range of land uses including residential, neighbourhood park, elementary school, natural heritage system and an urban core block.
The subject lands are located north of Dundas Street near the extension of Towne Boulevard, west of Preserve Drive.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Council of the Town of Oakville before the proposed zoning by-law amendment is passed and/or before the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision:

Any submission to the Planning and Development Council, either in hard copy or in electronic format, must be forwarded to the Clerk's department for receipt no later than noon on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 to ensure its availability to the Members of Council at the meeting. Individuals making oral submissions at the public meeting are requested to submit a written outline of the submission to the Town Clerk. All submissions should include the full name and address of the presenter.
The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
