You are invited to attend and provide input at this public information meeting hosted by the Planning Services department.

The applicant is proposing an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a 6 storey retirement facility with 177 suites.

The subject land is located on the west side of Sixth Line, north of Dundas Street East.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.

The public may view planning documents and background material at the Planning Services department between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on the development application page.
