The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Willowbay Rikmar (Ballantry Homes) for a proposed zoning by-law amendment.
The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject site and a portion of the Khalsa Gate right of way from ‘C6(a) and R8(c) Special Provision 753” to “R9” with a Special Provisions within By-law 1984-63 and “MU3” to “MU3” with Special Provisions in By-law 2014-014 to permit the development of a 123 stacked townhouses and 248 apartment units in a 10 storey building.
The subject parcel of land is located on the west side of Khalsa Gate south of Pine Glen Road.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Oakville before the by-law is passed:
