The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by 2378224 Ontario Inc. for a proposed official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment.
The purpose of this application is to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the development of the site for six, three-storey street townhouse units on a private lane. The Official Plan Amendment would redesignate the lands from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density to allow townhouse units on the subject site. The Zoning By-law Amendment is proposed to implement a 6-unit townhouse development.
The subject land is located east of Dorval Drive and north of Rebecca Street.
At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
