The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by 103 Dundas Corporation for a proposed zoning by-law amendment. You are invited to attend and provide input at these meetings hosted by Planning Services Department and Planning and Development Council, respectively.
The applicant has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject site from “‘ED” Existing Development to “DUC” Dundas Urban Core with a Special Provision to permit the development of an eight storey, 208 unit residential building. The site specific provision relates to increasing the Maximum Floor Space Index from 2.5 to 2.75.
Town staff are also processing a site plan application (File No.: SP.1316.004/01) for a sales centre on this site.
